Mitch is determined to provide you with unbeatable rehab opportunities that are never listed on the open market. He finds great properties and then assigns the right to purchase them to a cash buyer. Although he rehabs a ton of houses himself, he doesn’t have time to do all the great projects he comes across. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Mitch learned the rehab business from the ground up, watching and following his dad, owner of a large commercial construction company.
The basics of building and the finer points of renovation provided a solid foundation, and Mitch started his own business—rehabilitating homes—while he was still enrolled at the University of Cincinnati. After graduation, he renovated hundreds of houses. He now offers his experience and expertise to other renovators to see them succeed as well.
Mitch values the importance of each home, both to the family that lives in it and to the dynamic history of the city. For him, even the most distressed house can be brought back to life, to again provide a beautiful home for a new family.
